Shinji Suzuki, a member of the 64th graduating class of the Legal Training and Research Institute of the Supreme Court, joined the firm. Mr. Suzuki received his LL.B. degree from the University of Tokyo in 2005, and his J.D. from Gakushuin University Law School in 2010. Mr. Suzuki was admitted to the Japan bar in 2011. Prior to joining the firm, he was as an associate with another law firm in Tokyo where he specialized in business law, family law, civil litigation and criminal practice.

Mr. Uemura received his LL.B. degree from the University of Tokyo in 1998 and has seven years experience at a major Japanese network. Afterwards, Mr. Uemura entered the University of Tokyo Graduate Schools for Law and Politics, where he graduated in 2007. Mr. Uemura was admitted to the Japan bar in 2008 and previously worked at a major law firm, focusing his practice on corporate law, especially finance and intellectual property.
